Growing Runner Beans

We planted our runner bean seeds in pots on April 22nd

Each week we measure the beans and record any changes.

They have started to grow but sadly three plants died.

We planted some marigolds by the beans to attract bees

We still need to water regularly

Sam in year 5 gave up some of his summer holidays to look after our beans, his Mum helped too!

and there are many long beans to harvest.
