Our
cook Marco visits the vegetable garden to see the vegetables that we can
eat in the school refectory, when they are ready.
We pick up the radish because it’s ready
to be eaten.
We eat the “pinzimonio” of radish in the refectory during the lunch. Our
cook cut the radish like flowers and we dip it in a little glass with
oil and salt.

Harvesting
Our
lettuce, onions, rocket, radish, broad beans, strawberries are ready!
We
harvest our vegetables. Our cook prepares a mixed salad for us.
