Ingredients
2 l milk
I kg rice
1 l water
2 lemons
1 cup of flour
1 glass of rum
Raisins
Vanilla
Baking powder
Salt
800 g sugar
6 eggs
6 yolks
Seeds oil
Method
Boil the rice with water, milk, salt and the grated peel of
lemon.
In the middle of time cooking, add sugar and cook mixing, until
you have a quite solid mixture. Let it became cold.
Add the eggs and the yolks, the rum, the vanilla, the flour, the
raisins and the baking powder.
Fry the mixture in abundant hot oil, pouring with a spoon: one
spoonful for each fritter.
