Shrovetide buns with creme

1 ½ dl water
65 g butter
1 dl + 1 spoonful flour
2 egg

Filling: jam
pastry cream (possibly bag + milk - see instructions on the bag)

Glaze: 2 dl powdered sugar
1 ½ spoonful milk

Shrovetide buns with creme

1. Bring butter and water to boil
2. Add flour, whip vigorously to the dough is smooth
3. Let dough cool.
4. Add 1 egg and whisk vigorously
5. Add the second egg and whip vigorously again
6. Put the dough on the baking paper using 2 spoons
7. Bake buns for 20 minutes at 200 degrees, without opening the oven door!
8. Take the buns out and let them cool off on a grate
9. When buns are cold cut a "lid" and fill the buns with jam and cream cake
10. Decorate with frosting
