Janeževi upognjenci – Anise bend cookies

Ingredients:
6 eggs
sugar
flour
1 cl water
1 baking powder
1 vanilla sugar
anis seeds

Batter:
Mix eggs and sugar and slowly add other ingredients to get a smooth, medium-thick batter. Grease a pan and pour the batter in the shape of circles (around 3 cm in diameter). On each of them, sprinkle some anise seeds.
Bake till they are golden brown in a preheated oven at 180˚ C.
While they are still hot, put them into glasses to bend. Enjoy!
