Threecoloured pasta - Pasta tricolore

Ingredients

5 red and ripe tomatoes San Marzano
one mozzarella cheese
olive oil
salt
basil
flakes of Parmigiano chees
500 gr. pasta

Cut the tomatoes and the mozzarella cheese in very little pieces. Put them in a turin and add salt, basil and Parmigiano cheese. Add a glass of oil. Let it rest for two or three hours. Boil the pasta, drain it putting in the turin and mix well.

zucchini
olive oil
origano
thyme
basil
salt

 

Vegetables in the oven

Lavare i pomodori e le zucchine, sbucciare le cipolle e le patate, ungere una teglia con l’olio di oliva.
Disporre a strati le cipolle e le patate tagliate sottili, i pomodori tagliati a fette, aggiungere le foglioline di timo, di basilico e di origano.
Salare e mettere in forno a 200° per 45 minuti.
