Shredded Wheat Easter Nests |
What you will need:
• 115g milk chocolate broken in pieces
• 50g of butter or block margarine cut small
• 3 shredded wheat, crushed
• mini chocolate eggs |

What you need to do:
1. First fasten a sheet of non-stick baking paper (with butter
at each corner) to a flat tray or baking sheet.
2. Put the chocolate and butter (or marg) into a roomy bowl.

3. Melt in a microwave or over a
pan of simmering water.
4. Do not allow the mixture to get too hot. Stir in the crushed
shredded wheat.
5. When all the shreds are covered in chocolate, take a teaspoon
and spoon out little mounds straight on to the non-stick paper.

6. Shape each mound roughly into
a nest. Drop three eggs into each nest while the chocolate is
still wet.
7. Allow to cool, then store in a tin until needed.
